Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Roofer Service Foreman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing maintenance, crew management, safety protocols, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage roofing crews to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
- Perform commercial roofing installation and maintenance, including BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and sheet metal work.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Utilize basic computer and mobile applications for job management (FCS software experience is a plus).
Qualifications:
✅ Commercial roofing experience is required.
✅ Valid driver’s license in good standing.
✅ Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
✅ Motor vehicle records check is required.
✅ Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
Schedule:
- Day Shift: Monday – Friday
- Weekend availability
- On-call responsibilities
- Overtime opportunities
