We're seeking an experienced Service Foreman who can lead crews with confidence, tackle complex roofing challenges, and deliver peace of mind to our valued clients.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Service Foreman, you'll lead a specialized 1–2-person crew, becoming the face of our company to clients who need immediate solutions. You'll diagnose problems, implement repairs across all commercial roofing systems, and ensure your team operates safely and efficiently even under pressure.
YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Proven commercial roofing expertise across multiple systems (BUILD UP, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and sheet metal)
- A valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Technical proficiency with mobile devices and basic computer skills (FCS software experience is a plus)
- Leadership abilities that inspire your crew to perform at their best
- Strong safety mindset with working knowledge of OSHA regulations

- Monday to Friday primary schedule with additional compensation for:
