Sample Librarian
Location: DCOTA Building, Dania Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-time, On-site (100% presential) Mon-Fri
Requirements:
- Previous experience in organizational roles
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data entry, and basic CRM systems
Responsibilities:
Memos Maintenance:
- Ensure memos are replenished regularly and kept current to facilitate quick and easy access for sales staff and clients.
Showroom Upkeep:
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and a professional appearance throughout the showroom. Ensure all displays are neat and presentable.
Handle Sample Requests:
- Efficiently process and dispatch client sample requests promptly, ensuring samples arrive in an organized and professional manner.
New Account Coordination:
- When new accounts contact or visit the showroom, promptly notify the assigned salesperson via email, ensuring seamless client management and communication.
Sample Management:
- Regularly update and maintain hanging samples and memos, ensuring all samples are current and reflect the latest products available.
Sample Inventory:
- Manage and maintain a detailed and accurate sample inventory, performing periodic checks to ensure availability and correctness.
Customer Support:
- Answer incoming calls as necessary, addressing customer inquiries or directing calls appropriately to ensure excellent customer service.
Attend Customer Walk-ins:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers when required. Collect essential client information, including name, company name, email, and phone number, for timely follow-up by the sales team.
