Position Summary
Leads Agents are to providing excellent customer service, being efficient in transaction and well versed in systems and Bloom process. This role places a strong emphasis on training and guiding new hires while supporting the ongoing training of budtenders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers have a positive and exceptional customer experience.
- Mentor and train new hires, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge, customer engagement, company platforms, company policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide staff training and continuing education
- Utilize the learning management system to manage training materials and track employee progress.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns, and transactions and addressing complex sales scenarios, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.

- Support budtenders in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are appealing and products are well-stocked
Additional Responsibilities
- Can Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and compliance with state regulations.
- Monitor the integration reconciliation tab
- Break down registers throughout the day and at the close of business
- Stock cash registers in the morning
- Ensure that regulatory logs are completed on a regular basis
- Conduct daily vault/safe count
- Prepare bank deposits for pick-up
- Assist with inventory management, including delivery intake, reconciliation,
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
