As we continue on a strong growth trajectory, we are seeking an enthusiastic and client-focused Maintenance/Snow Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Maintenance/Snow Account Manager at Hollandia Outdoors, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and growing our client relationships. This position offers a unique blend of account management and business development, with a 50/50 focus on managing existing accounts and driving new sales in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Manage an assigned portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Identify up-selling opportunities and propose additional services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with production staff and field crews to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Business Development:
- Prospect, cold call, network, and leverage other methods to generate new business leads.
- Build and grow relationships with commercial and industrial clientele.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Operational Coordination:
- Utilize Aspire Software for quoting, tracking client production results, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide feedback to production teams to align with client expectations and ensure work is completed properly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in landscaping, construction, or a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Self-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets with minimal management oversight.
- Proficiency in using software tools for quoting and tracking production results (experience with Aspire Software is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
