We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Route Manager. As a Route Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pickup routes.
```Responsibilities```
- Plan and coordinate daily Pickup routes for drivers
- Monitor driver performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure all Pickups are made on time and in accordance with company policies
- Resolve any customer issues or concerns related to Pickups
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and customer signatures
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working order
- Train new drivers on route procedures and safety protocols
-Have to Fill in Driving or Throwering Trash if People call off or don't show up.
-Will Report Directly to the owner Daily
CDL or Drivers license is Needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Reading, PA 19605: Relocate before starting work (Required)
