Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role demands strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Officer will monitor premises through surveillance systems, enforce rules and regulations, and provide assistance during incidents.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security at all times.
- Provide access control, allowing only authorized persons to enter the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, and provide first aid when necessary.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential security risks.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required during incidents or investigations.
- Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in daily reports.
- Assist in loss prevention by identifying theft or suspicious behavior and reporting accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- First Aid certification is preferred; CPR certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of law enforcement principles and practices is advantageous.
- Experience in military, law enforcement, or security-related fields is desirable.
- Understanding of loss prevention strategies and techniques.
- Excellent observational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
