What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Holler Tax?
Holler Tax is looking for 3 front desk receptionists to join us for the upcoming tax season.
The receptionists are the first to greet customers and the last to thank them. We are a small company of less than 6 employees. We take pride in our company and the lasting relationships with our customers.
The days and work hours will be scheduled upon hiring the best candidates and the schedule that works for them.
Pay rate is $15 an hour.
The location is 618 Professional Park Drive, New Haven, IN 46774. The start date will be the week of January 13, 2025. This job will end the week of April 15, 2025.
A phone interview will be conducted and a background check is required. An in person interview will be conducted as well.
Job description includes tasks involving but not limited to: Ability to maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere in a fast paced work environment. Scheduling, filing, payment transactions, answering the phone, texting clients, greeting customers, and the maintenance and security of sensitive information.
Training is provided on site and throughout your employment. Dress code is business casual. Strong computer skills and smart phone skills are required.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $15.01 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
