Holley Performance Products seeks an Industrial Engineer for a full-time role within an aftermarket automotive organization in Bowling Green, KY. This role works collaboratively with the manufacturing and industrial engineering team, supporting multiple facilities in Bowling Green.
This position will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, including the following responsibilities :
- Design and / or testing of tooling and equipment and / or planning the manufacturing processes in a designated area of the manufacturing plant.
- Provides technical support for specific plant operations.
- CAD design of tooling and work holding for various assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Directs the development and / or improvements of manufacturing processes and equipment for assigned areas of the plant.
- Create and update product routings, bills-of-material, and work instructions.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve process quality and performance problems.
- Participate in process improvement, future state planning, capacity planning, and cost reduction efforts.
- Plant layout drawing, flow analyses, time study, and other industrial engineering tasks may be required.
- Support of tube bending / fabricating and warehousing / distribution may be required.
- Evaluates expenditures for processes and / or equipment.
