Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Reports to: BU Director

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional service for our valued partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing consistent communication and excellent customer support. This position will manage and provide a high level of personalized service and attention to detail to customers.
- Sales Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling Holley’s diverse product portfolio.
- Customer Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and align Holley solutions accordingly.
- Order Processing: Oversee the sales cycle from quote to close, including accurate order entry, follow-up, and issue resolution.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize CRM tools to track account activity, analyze sales trends, and generate reports for the Director of Sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Sales, marketing, and product teams to execute strategic sales initiatives and provide feedback from the field.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of Holley’s product lines and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- New Lead Generation: Establish new accounts to contribute to Holley’s expanding customer base.
Basic Qualifications (Education/Experience required):
- Experience: 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the automotive aftermarket or related industries.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
- Attributes: Self-motivated and results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A passion for the automotive industry and knowledge of performance products is a plus.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move at least 25 lbs., sit for long periods while working on a computer, stand for long periods, and walk short distances
Travel Requirements:
- Minimal travel required (up to 20%)
