We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional service to our valued partners.
Key Job Elements (Essential Functions Performed):
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring consistent communication and excellent customer support. This position will manage roughly 150 accounts and provide a high level of personalized service and attention to detail to customers.
Sales Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling Holley’s diverse product portfolio.
Customer Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and align Holley solutions to meet those needs.
Order Processing: Manage the sales cycle from quote to close, including accurate order entry, follow-up, and issue resolution.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize CRM tools to track account activity, analyze sales trends, and generate reports for the Director of Sales.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Sales, marketing, and product teams to execute strategic sales initiatives and provide feedback from the field.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of Holley’s product lines and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Basic Qualifications (Education/Experience required):
Experience: 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the automotive aftermarket or related industries.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
Attributes: Self-motivated and results-oriented.
A passion for the automotive industry and knowledge of performance products is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move at least 25 lbs., sit for long periods working on a computer, climb stairs, stand for long periods, and walk short distances
Travel Requirements:
