Position Overview:
Are you a racing enthusiast with a passion for the performance aftermarket? Holley Performance, the largest and fastest-growing group of performance brands in the industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager. This role will focus on our Domestic Muscle customer and brands (Holley EFI, Sniper EFI, MSD, Flowmaster, Quick Fuel, Cataclean, etc.) and will be instrumental in driving sales growth and strengthening relationships within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for the automotive aftermarket and the ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies. This position requires extensive travel to meet with customers, conduct training, execute sales initiatives, and represent the company at industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth with the top distribution customers within the assigned region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, jobbers and installers to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability and market share.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee customer engagements, including on-site visits, sales meetings, and technical product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop a deep understanding of company’s product lines and assigned customers to make recommendations to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and training seminars to enhance brand presence and market positioning.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 7 years of experience in sales leadership within the automotive aftermarket or related industry.
- In-depth product knowledge: A strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket performance platforms/parts we sell with the domestic muscle product portfolio.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (65-80%), including overnight stays.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
