We are hiring a Lead Fencing Crew Foreman in Salem, Missouri who will travel to jobs with a fencing team. You will be expected to work 8am-5pm daily, Monday-Friday.
We offer competitive hourly wages based on experience and leadership qualities. Paychecks will be provided weekly. Tools needed and work boots are provided.
What you will be doing:
- Building various types of fencing processes including pipe, chainlink, wooden privacy, vinyl and more
- Site preparation
- Welding
- Customer Interaction
- Team Collaboration
What we're looking for:
- Has experience in fence installation and fabrication
- Can work with various materials (wood, metal, vinyl, etc.)
- Is able or willing to learn to operate skidsteers
- Follows safety protocols and ensures quality workmanship
- Communicates effectively with team and customers
- Is reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
