- The successful candidate will work closely with the Building Principal and support the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Building Principal, including typing, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare statistical reports using mathematical skills.
- Develop and disseminate weekly newsletters using desktop publishing software and email marketing platforms.
- Ensure website content is up-to-date and maintained in accordance with district policies.
- Support faculty, students, and parents through excellent public relations and communication skills.
- Participate in safety procedures, including fire drills and evacuation protocols.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Infinite Campus, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management.
- Excellent computer skills, including typing and internet research.
- Familiarity with budgeting and report card processes.
- Ability to process confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a school setting or similar environment.
- Knowledge of Smore and other digital publishing tools.
