Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Salary: $60-$65K per annum
Role Overview:
Hollingsgate Recruitment is working with a reputable financial company and they’re looking for someone who can maintain relationships with existing clients while driving new business through referrals. The ideal candidate needs to be relationship-focused, someone who goes beyond just closing deals and can really understand client needs.
Here’s what to look for:
- Skills: Look for candidates with a background in Property and Casualty Insurance and who have experience handling high-value commercial accounts. Strong communication and relationship management skills will be key.
- Licenses: Ideally, we want someone with a 220 License, but they’re also open to candidates with a 440 License. You can filter for these licenses in LinkedIn's search by checking their profile details.
- Location: Focus on candidates based in Florida, especially around Boca Raton.
- Experience: We need candidates with 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly with Property and Casualty.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission: 20% on new business and 50% on commercial business
- Health Plan Stipend: $500/month
- PTO: 8 days in Year 1 (plus Birthday off); increases to 19 days in Year 2, 26 in Year 3, and 30 days from Year 4 onward.
