SCOPE
Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES

-Ensure timely processing of plans, permits and applications; perform follow-up phone calls to ensure timeliness of response from other departments and agencies.
-Researches and communicates the status of permits to applicants.
-Organize, schedule and book travel arrangements as well as lodging.
-Complete credit applications.
-Handle insurance claims.
-Handles customer services
-Handles billing reconciliations
-Handle vendor insurances to ensure they meet company requirements.
-Answer company phones by covering the reception desk when required.
-Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
-Other duties as assigned.
Salary : $17 - $20
