Position Overview
In this role, you’ll create a welcoming experience for guests by delivering outstanding service with a focus on our foodservice offerings. You’ll ensure food items are fresh, fully stocked, and presented to perfection, while maintaining top-notch cleanliness and food safety standards. Your friendly attitude and ability to suggestively sell and sample products will delight customers and help drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain delicious foodservice items, ensuring high standards for quality, stock, and presentation.
- Provide personalized service by greeting guests, assisting with purchases, and promoting foodservice items.
- Suggestively sell and sample items to increase sales while introducing customers to new offerings.
- Maintain a clean and safe foodservice area by following food safety standards and performing light maintenance.
- Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, foodservice programs, and operational goals.
- Participate in company training programs and assist in training teammates.
- Support foodservice inventory audits to ensure product availability and accuracy.
