What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistants (Summer Position) position at Holliston Public Schools?
Holliston Public Schools has a need for a few great workers this summer assisting the Maintenance Department in different projects spanning all schools and buildings. Projects will include a variety of tasks in order to prepare the schools for the 2025-25 school year opening including painting and moving furniture. These positions will work a 7.5 hour/day shift from June 24-August 22. Local high school and college students are encouraged to apply. Hours are 6:30 am - 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Public School employees of Massachusetts are required to submit their fingerprints to a National Criminal Database check. The check will require you to pay a fee of $55 if you hold an Educator’s License, or $35 if you are an unlicensed employee. In addition to the national background check, a satifsfactory Massachusetts Criminal Record Check (CORI) is required.
