What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Enrichment Tutor for English Learners position at Holliston Public Schools?
The Holliston Public School District is seeking tutors for our English Learner Summer Enrichment program. This program is designed to involve English learner students in opportunities that allow them to continue their language acquisition in English throughout the summer months and to prevent language loss.
Dates: July 7-August 7, 2025 (morning hours); schedule will be based on enrollment.
The pay rate is: $30.00/hour
Public School employees of Massachusetts are required to submit their fingerprints to a National Criminal Database check. The check will require you to pay a fee of $35. In addition to the national background check, a satisfactory Massachusetts Criminal Record Check (CORI) is required.
The Holliston Public school system serves approximately 2,900 students from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade and beyond. Schools in the district include Sam Placentino Elementary School (PK-2), Fred Miller Elementary School (3-5), Robert Adams Middle School (6-8), and Holliston High School (9-12).
