The Marketing Manager develops and executes high-impact strategies across multiple verticals to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Brand Development, this role collaborates closely with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver effective campaigns, engaging content, and impactful sales materials. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will write and produce marketing emails, promotional content, and blogs that resonate with target audiences. Responsible for optimizing performance through data insights, managing budgets, and overseeing key events, this hands-on, strategic role is ideal for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Develop, execute, and optimize lead-generation and conversion-focused marketing strategies across multiple verticals to drive measurable revenue and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Brand Development to shape marketing strategy and vision, aligning with immediate revenue goals and long-term growth.
  • Lead revenue-driven campaigns in partnership with sales, analyzing market trends and refining messaging, segmentation, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
  • Partner with sales teams to create and maintain presentations, RFPs, case studies, and sales enablement tools that build customer trust and support sales objectives.
  • Write and produce engaging content, including marketing emails, blog posts, newsletters, and project highlights, tailored to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Provide light design support using Canva or PDFs for marketing materials as needed.
  • Oversee key events and tradeshows, managing logistics, budget, and post-event follow-up to support lead generation and drive ROI.
  • Use analytics tools to track KPIs and campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations and communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor a Marketing Specialist, setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering skill development to ensure alignment with campaign and company objectives.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent hands-on experience demonstrating strong marketing expertise.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on campaign management, strategy execution, and event management, with a record of developing revenue-focused growth strategies.
  • Proven ability to supervise and mentor team members, setting goals, providing constructive feedback, and supporting team growth.
  • Strong writing skills, with experience producing promotional emails, blogs, and content that effectively engage and convert audiences.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience managing multiple projects, using data to drive strategy, and optimizing marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effective in cross-functional environments, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach focused on enhancing the customer experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Systems :

  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Basic design skills in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
