Product Coordinator

The Product Coordinator is an entry-level product position, for someone who is brand new to the role. A product coordinator is responsible for collecting product data, doing customer research, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing new product features. They work with one or more product managers, enabling them to do their work more effectively.
The product coordinator works with a team to ensure excellent product delivery. They know about a product or range, develop sales, price, and profitability strategies, recommend improvements, identify opportunities, and increase revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of education in manufacturing and experience on the business side, preferably, in facing customers to address their needs.
Job Responsibilities
Product Coordinator
- Support and coordinate all functions of the product development process.
- Answer all product-related questions
- Ensure that the products released meet Hollman standards
- Participate in routine client calls to ensure customer satisfaction on an open project
- Work with customers and internal supply chain to foster products
- Analyze the customer order and use it for the benefit of the company
- Prioritize and execute new product development requests with teams
- Develop product specifications and provide support in preparing final documents for the end user
- Manage LEED documentation sheet for our customers.
- Maintain a set profit percentage per market/sales associate
- Follow up and maintain the timeline of different projects with the sales team.
- Maintain a report on each specific project’s progress through production
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience as Product Coordinator
- Committed to product knowledge and can demonstrate mastery of materials
- Research/produce/maintain data of products as needed
- Excellent attention to details and problem-solving abilities
- A willingness to partner with and collaborate with departments when necessary
