Holloway Restaurant Group (Cafe 501, Boulevard Steakhouse, and Sparrow Modern Italian) in Edmond, OK, is currently hiring for servers.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Servers must be able to obtain a valid Oklahoma ABLE liquor license.

Responsibilities include :

• Providing Customer Service : Servers must address customer needs, answer questions about the menu, resolve any issues, and ensure the dining experience is pleasant.
• Maintaining Cleanliness : Servers are responsible for keeping their section clean, including clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and setting up tables for new guests.
• Assisting with the Opening and Closing Procedures : At the beginning and end of the shift, servers may help with tasks like setting up the dining area, organizing menus, or cleaning, as well as helping to close out registers and ensuring the restaurant is ready for the next day.
• Managing Special Requests or Dietary Restrictions : Servers need to be knowledgeable about menu items and ingredients to accommodate customers with dietary restrictions or special requests, such as allergies or vegetarian / vegan preferences.

Requirements :

• Adhering to Safety and Health Regulations : Servers need to follow food safety guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages, as well as maintaining hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Adhering to Shift Schedules : Servers must show up on time for their shifts, work scheduled hours, and sometimes stay late to help out if needed, ensuring that service continues smoothly during busy times.
