Mandatory Skills:

Work description:
The App Dev PM is responsible for the overall project leadership including scope/schedule/budget and business readiness plan. They will manage multiple application projects ($100k-1M in size), reporting on scope, schedule, budget, and resources on a monthly basis, working with business stakeholders to ensure the business outcome is achieved. The App Dev PM will execute the project plan with assigned project resources to successfully complete business deliverables. The App Dev PM will ensure requirements are documented and ensure business is ready for the changes.
The App Dev PM reports to the Director IT PMO and works closely with vendors as needed, construction leads, IT support teams, developers, solution architects and business users.
Responsibilities:
· Accountable for the Implementation and Quality of Key IT Business Deliverables
· Engage the appropriate IT SME’s to work on the project as necessary and provide their work direction
· Develop and execute the IT project schedule, including milestones, tasks, duration, dependencies, and resource assignments
· Ensure IT Requirements are defined from Project Stakeholders
· Provide estimates for IT project elements
· Identify, track, and lead the resolution of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID)
· Ensure project adherence to IT policies, standards and processes
· Track, communicate and provide impact analysis of changes to IT Scope, Schedule & Budget
· Produce monthly IT Project Status Reports for Leadership
· Encourage teamwork and collaboration; motivate and direct the team’s effort
· Ensure project team members and business partners understand their roles and responsibilities within the project
· Coordinate user acceptance testing
· Ensure business is ready for the change
· Research and work with solution architect to recommend solution options
· Facilitate business acceptance of solution, ensuring change management is a part of the project implementation
