Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote
Contract Length: 5 months
Pay Rate: $33.13/hour W2

• Workfront experience is required, along with 3-5 years of experience managing projects with an agile approach.
• Agency background is strongly preferred.
• Position is M-F, flexible on 30-40 hours per week.

Position Overview: The Senior Marketing Specialist will partner with the Program Manager, Digital Marketing team, Physicians, and Marketing to build marketing plans and take an active leadership role across the organization to understand business objectives and build marketing strategies and plans to support those objectives. This role includes the strategic evaluation and execution of marketing activities, such as advertising, collateral development, digital marketing content, and creation/assessment. The individual will drive, implement, monitor, and measure results of marketing activities to advance the companies mission, strategic plan, and business objectives. The Senior Marketing Specialist will provide expert strategic marketing consultation and guidance to various clients and lead through influence without direct reporting relationships. They will manage complex and cross-functional projects through the entire project life cycle from project concept through launch to achieve objectives and measure results. The role serves as a role model for others and represents the company internally and externally. The individual will proactively seek opportunities to build and improve positive relationships with colleagues, leaders, and experts. They will evaluate, analyze, and develop marketing strategies based on target audiences, market research, and business plans, and continually assess consumer and business needs to ensure marketing plan alignment.
The Senior Marketing Specialist will develop a deep understanding of target audience needs and advocate for developing products and services in line with those audience needs. They will convey confidence, clarity, and transparency in communications with stakeholders and leaders and represent marketing on key institutional committees. The individual will proactively contribute to business planning, marketing planning, and strategy development. They will demonstrate leadership to others, including contractors and third parties, to deliver flawless execution. The role may have budget oversight accountability and reporting
Organizational Relationships: Reports to the Education Program Manager in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine. Natural collaborator with department colleagues, leaders, physician experts, and other professionals across the company. Works across various administrative and clinical departments, which may include Legal, Business Development, Public Affairs, companies physicians and scientists, and external companies.
Skills:
- Workfront experience is required, along with 3-5 years of experience managing projects with an agile approach

Additional Experience and/or Qualifications:
- Business acumen, including proven expertise in creating marketing strategies based on business objectives.
- Preferred experience with a major brand .
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as liberal arts, business, marketing, healthcare, or similar field, plus 5 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field.
- Or a master's degree in a related field (MBA preferred) with 3 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field.
