Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Part-Time Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) to join our healthcare team in Centennial, United States. As a QMAP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and accurate administration of medications to our residents on Mondays and Tuesdays from 6 AM to 6 : 30 PM.
- Administer medications to patients according to prescribed orders and established protocols
- Accurately document medication administration in patient records
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Maintain a clean and organized medication storage area
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to all safety protocols and healthcare regulations
- Assist with basic patient care tasks as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in medication administration
