Elementary School Teacher

• Develop and implement lesson plans that engage students and align with state and school curriculum standards.
• Foster a classroom environment that promotes creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration among students.
• Assess students’ academic progress and provide feedback to students and parents to support growth and development.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with special educational needs.
• Manage classroom behavior and provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to ensure the overall success and well-being of students.
• Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning and engagement.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Required).
• Previous experience teaching elementary or middle school students (Preferred).
• Strong knowledge of 5th-grade curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Passion for education, student growth, and creating a positive impact.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and meet the needs of a diverse student population.
• Proficiency with educational technology and tools (e.g., Google Classroom, Smartboards).
• Classroom management skills
