Summary:
Holly Hill Child and Family Solutions is seeking an energetic, team player, with a passion for working with at risk youth. The behavioral health tech will provide needed support within Holly Hill’s school-based day treatment program. Behavioral health tech will provide needed support and intervention for youth within the classroom, specifically utilizing positive behavioral supports and reinforcement, classroom management strategies, and individualized interventions.
Essential Job Function:
- Responsible for the offering trauma informed behavioral support and intervention in school-based day treatment program
- Responsible for supporting the day treatment therapist with lesson plan implementation
- Responsible for developing positive relationship with enrolled youth, school district personnel, and Holly Hill team members
- Actively adheres to the six core principles of trauma informed care and promotes a trauma informed culture.
- Respond respectfully and effectively to people of all cultures, classes, race, ethnic backgrounds, and religions in a manner that recognizes, affirms, and values the worth of individuals, families, and communities and protects and preserves the dignity of each.

- Participates in Holly Hill’s Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) activities as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or GED; must be 21 years old
Recommended Qualifications:
Experience: Experience working with at risk youth preferred
Skills: Knowledge of child development and trauma informed care principle.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Clinical and administrative supervision of identified staff members
Working Conditions:
Occasionally called upon to work additional hours or odd schedules to accommodate special events, crisis situations, or agency needs. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have liability insurance. Must be able to use personal or company vehicle for work as needed. Travel may be expected for trainings related to the field.
