Holly Hill seeks a Director of Treatment Services to join our growing team. The Director of Treatment Services will be responsible for the executive-level oversight, direction, and development of clinical services in the Residential Program.
Responsibilities:
- Direct, coordinate and manage the delivery of a portfolio of consistent, quality, and comprehensive clinical care and services in the Residential Program.
- Ensure there is a safe environment that promotes family engagement throughout treatment.
- Coordinate and oversee all intakes and discharges for residential treatment by participating in the process of referral management and admission decisions.
- Coordinate and participate in crisis response plans for clients and agency
- Provide in-person leadership to the clinical team to ensure that each child’s treatment needs are met with high-quality services. Participate in essential meetings, providing support, clinical insights, and leadership on a weekly and monthly basis to support the completion of client individual service plans.
- Collaborate with Directors in other departments with regular cadence to ensure consistency in practices and lead strategic innovations to drive excellence in clinical outcomes.
- Ensure that all legal requirements and potential risks related to the provision of Residential Services programs and services are in line with Holly Hill risk management policies.
- Ensure all members of the clinical treatment team providing therapeutic services are professionally and effectively supervised and regulations are adhered to and program outcomes are met.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and coordination of HR response for the clinical team and ensures that responsible financial decisions are made within the respective departments.
- Knowledgeable of all regulations and contracts and ensures compliance with regulations from Licensing, Children’s Review, Office of Inspector General, Department of Community Based Services and any other regulatory or oversight bodies and responsible for ensuring all outcome reporting and state reports are submitted in a timely manner.
- Ensures that the essential job functions of all treatment employees are completed and maintained at a satisfactory level of performance. Performs the essential job functions of any treatment staff on an as needed basis.
- Acts as the direct contact for community partners for managing relationships and resolving any unmet needs. Maintains positive relationships with contract agencies, other social service agencies and professionals.
- Represents the agency across internal and external settings (Committees, Taskforces, Coalitions, Conferences, Campus-driven initiatives, etc.) to improve and enhance the function of the agency and reports the status of progress to the Chief Innovation Officer and Board of Directors.
- Readily deploys high-level critical thinking and empathy driven decision-making models to support achieving program and agency strategic goals.
- Assumes executive responsibilities on campus as needed.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree and independent Kentucky licensure in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy, with the ability to supervise. Must meet Medicaid requirement for Behavioral Health Professional (BHP). LPCC-S or LCSW with supervisory training required. Must be in good standing with the respective Kentucky licensing board and have the ability to provide supervision toward licensure of employees.
- Five years of experience working with children and/or families preferred.
- Experience leading dynamic teams and clinical programing
- Prior experience supporting vulnerable youth with complex needs is preferred
- Independently Licensed with the ability to clinically supervise
Location and mobility:
- This is an on-site role
- The Residential Clinic Supervisor participates in rotation for 24-hour clinical on-call coverage.
