ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Holly Krauter - State Farm Agent, You will protect our customers' dreams by insuring what matters most! As a member of the Krauter Agency Team, you will take a holistic approach to understanding our customers' needs and ensuring that their assets are properly protected. You will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

Assist with customer retention strategies.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Generate interest in other risk management products offered.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in customer service preferred.

Experience in a State Farm agency preferred.

Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health

Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Brings about positivity and professionalism to surroundings

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
