The Traveling Business Office Manager (TBOM) is responsible for providing on-site business office leadership and support at
various facilities as needed. This position serves as the interim Business Office Manager during periods of vacancy, extended
PTO, or FMLA leave, ensuring the continuity of core business office operations and compliance with all company policies and
regulatory requirements.
The TBOM plays a critical role in maintaining accurate accounts receivable processes, managing census and intake
procedures, overseeing RFMS functions, and supporting the facility team with collections, billing, and revenue cycle
management. The TBOM works in close collaboration with the Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) to ensure
alignment with company processes, timely reporting, and smooth transitions of duties during and after coverage periods.
This role requires flexibility, travel, and a strong ability to quickly assess and integrate into different facility environments.
