Holly Ridge Center in Bremerton, WA is looking for a part-time or full-time Early Intervention Speech Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist to work alongside the children needing speech therapy at our center! In this role, you'll provide evaluation, treatment, and consultation for children (birth to age 3) within a medical-educational model, using a family-centered, interdisciplinary approach.

QUALIFICATIONS
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EARLY INTERVENTION SPEECH THERAPIST - SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Join our speech therapy team as an Early Intervention Speech Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist. Each day, you work directly with children aged 0-3 in their homes, using a parent-coaching model to enhance their speech, language, oral-motor, and feeding skills. You empower parents with strategies to maintain progress between visits and document your sessions before your next appointment. Additionally, you engage in weekly team meetings and case conferences, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support each child's growth while respecting family values and diversity.
This role offers flexible schedules, typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the flexibility to create your own schedule. Enjoy no weekends and no holidays! We're happy to work with you to find the best fit.

Holly Ridge Center's Infant Toddler Program (ITP) is a neurodevelopmental center providing Early Support Services for children ages birth to three. Our program supports families with education and training so that each child gets the best start possible. With many kids needing no further support, our impact is lasting!
Our pediatric staff has extensive, specialized experience and training. Our team members provide a variety of services in homes and natural environments using a family-centered approach throughout Kitsap and North Mason Counties.
