Holly Ridge Center's Infant Toddler Program (ITP) is a neurodevelopmental center providing Early Support Services for children ages birth to three. Our program supports families with education and training so that each child gets the best start possible. With many kids needing no further support, our impact is lasting!
Our pediatric staff has extensive, specialized experience and training. Our team members provide a variety of services in homes and natural environments using a family-centered approach throughout Kitsap and North Mason Counties.

GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
As a full- or part-time Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist, each day begins with a renewed sense of purpose and the excitement of new challenges. You start by visiting children and their families in their natural environments, such as living rooms, daycares, playgrounds, or kitchen tables. Using a parent-coaching model therapy, you work closely with kids to help them achieve important developmental milestones while guiding families on how to support their progress between sessions.
Throughout the day, you engage in hands-on therapy, tailoring your approach to each child's unique needs and building confidence within the family. Each day brings rewarding moments that highlight growth, inspire hope, and foster meaningful change in the lives of the children and families you serve. As part of a collaborative team, you'll participate in weekly staff meetings and case conferencing, where you'll join fellow therapists and educators taking a team approach to evaluate children for services
This is a position, typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the flexibility to create your own schedule. Enjoy no weekends and no holidays! We're happy to work with you to find the best fit.
