As our full- or part-time Pediatric Physical Therapist, you play a vital role in helping children grow and thrive. Your role includes assessing motor skills and neuromuscular function, tailoring each evaluation to the unique needs of children and their families. Your week is filled with purposeful visits to our children's natural environments, such as homes or daycare settings, where you implement individualized treatment plans and help children build strength, mobility, and confidence through engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy. You create custom reports, order adaptive equipment, and communicate closely with families, offering not only support but also valuable resources and guidance. You collaborate with a team of early childhood professionals to build IFSPs, assist with transitions, and maintain clear communication throughout the process. You stay on top of continuing education, licensing, and best practices, ensuring your expertise is always growing.
If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Pediatric Physical therapy training and/or experience
- Neurodevelopmental Treatment training and/or Sensory Integration certification is preferred
- Washington State Professional license through the Washington State Department of Health
- Valid Washington State driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current personal liability insurance
- A clean WA State driving record, as defined by HRC's agency insurance policy
- CPR/1st Aid certification or ability to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment
