Holly Ridge Center in Bremerton, WA, is looking for a caring full or part-time Special Education and Early Childhood Educator to work with children from birth to age three. In this role, you'll provide evaluation, treatment, and consultation for children (birth to age 3) within a medical-educational model, using a family-centered, interdisciplinary approach. You'll earn between $23.17 and $34.38 / hour and enjoy flexible Monday to Friday hours , no weekends or holidays, and great benefits . This includes :

THE SCHEDULE :
This position is typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the flexibility to create your own schedule. Enjoy no weekends and no holidays! We're happy to work with you to find the best fit.
YOUR ROLE :
Each day, you'll be on the move, visiting children and families in their homes, parks, daycares or other natural environments. You'll work directly with young children, teaching and helping them develop new skills using a parent-coaching model. Family involvement is a big part of this role, so you'll also guide and support family members. As part of a collaborative team, you'll participate in weekly staff meetings and case conferencing, where you'll join fellow therapists and educators taking a team approach to evaluate children for services. Every day, you'll leave knowing you made a positive impact on a child's early development and family life.
OUR REQUIREMENTS :
Infant and toddler training or relevant experience is a plus.

Our program supports families with education and training so that each child gets the best start possible. With many kids needing no further support, our impact is lasting!
