In this role, you'll provide evaluation, treatment, and consultation for children (birth to age 3) within a medical-educational model, using a family-centered, interdisciplinary approach.

BECOMING ONE OF OUR PEDIATRIC SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, your day is full of variety and meaningful connections. You start by driving to your first visit, working directly with children and families ages 0-3 in their natural environments, often at homes, parks, or daycares with family present. Using a parent-coaching model, you target speech, language, oral-motor, and feeding skills, empowering parents to continue the progress between visits. After each session, you document the therapy provided and then head to your next visit. Weekly team meetings and case conferences allow you to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to support each child's growth in a family-centered and culturally diverse approach.
Our schedule is as flexible as you need it to be! This position is typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the flexibility to create your own schedule. Enjoy no weekends and no holidays! We're happy to work with you to find the best fit.

Holly Ridge Center's Infant Toddler Program (ITP) is a neurodevelopmental center providing Early Support Services for children ages birth to three. Our program supports families with education and training so that each child gets the best start possible. With many kids needing no further support, our impact is lasting!

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited college or university
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate, or ability to obtain within first 60 (sixty) days of employment
- Current Washington State Food Worker Card, if requested, or ability to obtain within the first 60 (sixty) days of employment
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) may be considered in place of CCC
- Current Washington State Professional License through the Department of Health
- Valid Washington state driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of required personal liability insurance
- Clean WA State driving record
- Experience working in a field of social services or early intervention (preferred)
- Infant/toddler communication therapy training and/or experience (preferred)
