THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR PEDIATRIC LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT THERAPIST - SPEECH PATHOLOGIST
THE SCHEDULE :
This position is typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the flexibility to create your own schedule. Enjoy no weekends and no holidays! We ' re happy to work with you to find the best fit.
YOUR ROLE :
As a Pediatric Language Development Therapist - Speech Pathologist, each day offers you the chance to make a real difference! You start your day by heading to your first visit, working directly with little ones aged 0-3 in their natural environments-often right at home, at parks or daycares with their families nearby. Using fun, parent-coaching model therapy, you help these kids develop their speech, language, oral-motor, and feeding skills. You empower parents with tips and tools to keep the progress going between visits. After each joyful session, you take a moment to jot down notes on the therapy provided before you head off to your next heartwarming visit. You also participate in weekly team meetings and case conferences, connecting with our interdisciplinary team. As part of a collaborative team, you ' ll participate in weekly staff meetings and case conferencing, where you ' ll join fellow therapists and educators taking a team approach to evaluate children for services. It ' s a great opportunity for you to share ideas and strategies that support each child's growth, all while respecting family values and embracing diversity.

Our program supports families with education and training so that each child gets the best start possible. With many kids needing no further support, our impact is lasting!
