Job Summary
We are a small, woman-owned landscape company with focus on hardscapes and bed and tree planting and maintenance in summer (we do not mow lawns) and holiday lights and decorations and snow removal in winter. We are growing quickly and need a foreman with landscaping experience who can manage multiple small crews and is interested in advancing in the field.

We work mostly at private properties, which means you must carry yourself in a professional manner and pay close attention to the concerns of our clients. We work primarily in Ozaukee County and the North Shore.
Duties
- Oversee and coordinate multiple crews of 3-5 team members.
- Work closely with the owner to plan and manage daily operations and project details.
- Review project plans, estimate labor and materials needed, and create work schedules to meet deadlines.
- Ensure quality workmanship and maintenance of landscaped areas, including lawns, trees, shrubs and flower beds.
- Build, maintain and oversee work on hardscapes such as patios, walkways and retaining walls.
- Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of time and materials used on job sites.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading landscape projects as foreman.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, irrigation systems and lawn care techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment.
- Certifications related to landscaping or horticulture are a plus.
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License is a plus.
- Towing experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
