This position is for commercial cleaning. We are looking for EXPERIENCED commercial cleaners who are available to work 3rd shift Monday-Friday with some weekends required.

Responsibilities
- Sweep, scrub, mop and vacuum floors
- General Commercial Cleaning
- Clean carpets, rugs and upholstery as needed
- Strip/Finish/Burnish commercial flooring
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated area
- Maintain health and sanitary requirements
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of proven professional commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
- Expert knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and procedure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little to no supervision
- Ability to work solo and as a team
- Valid driver license with no major traffic violations (ie OUI, Driving to Endanger, Suspensions etc.)
- Reliable Transportation (vehicle insurance and valid registration and inspection sticker required)
