What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bass Lake Site Supervisor-PT position at Holly Springs?
· Supervise Park Assistants and support daily operations
· Open and close Park facilities
· Handle cash transactions and manage reservations/program software
· Assist with animal care for our ambassador animals
· Maintain Park trails, facilities, and grounds
· Set up and break down the Conference Room for rentals
· Assist visitors with boat rentals, concession sales, and customer service
· Help with special events, rental bookings, and guest experiences
· At least 18 years old
· Leadership skills and ability to make sound decisions
· Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly during a shift
· Willing to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Experience handling cash, reservations, and scheduling software is a plus
· Able to follow instructions and give directions clearly
· Confident working in and around water
· Pay Rate: $13 per hour
· Hours: Up to 25 hours per week (depending on Park needs)
· Requirements: All applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.
