Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and controls.
- Develop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct site visits and field inspections.
- Design electrical systems specific to water treatment plants, lift stations, and industrial setups.
Requirements
- Must be located within 50 miles of Montgomery, AL or willing to relocate (Relocation assistance available).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Associate's degree with 10 years of experience or Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience designing power distribution, lighting, and telecommunications systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed for projects.
Preferred skills
- Experience with Arc Flash Studies.
- Substation design or low voltage systems expertise.
- Background in water and wastewater projects or industrial power systems.
