Janitor Cleaner in Southchase / Hunters Creek Area

Job Summary
We are looking to hire a janitor to clean our beauty school for two hours per day, four days per week. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring spaces are safe and sanitary for all occupants. Please call (888) 828-8212 to schedule a visit.

Pay will be in the form of a W-2. In addition to the $18/hour pay, we will pay for Medicaid, Medicare and Unemployment Insurance.

Timing
The school must be cleaned by 8:30am in the morning every Monday to Thursday. You can do the work anytime between 8pm to 8:30am when there are no classes at the school. On average, it should only take you 1 hour per day to do the work but may require a deeper cleaning once per week. Regardless of how long it takes for you to do the work, we will pay you a flat rate of two hours every day for the work.

Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Wipe down all desks, chairs and glass surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles, break down boxes and transport waste to disposal areas
- Replace soap and paper towels in the dispenser and charge the batteries as needed.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Notify management of any supplies which need to be reordered or repairs required
- Follow proper safety procedures and guidelines while performing duties

Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Trustworthy and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Must have a reliable source of transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a criminal background check
- Can speak English or Spanish
- Experience with painting is a plus
