This position will be responsible for assisting with day to day parking operations and traffic management for Greektown Casino Hotel. Essential Functions - Direct inbound and outbound traffic - Change and move signage as directed - Cone off and open parking spaces/levels as directed - Walk garage levels and report hazards, maintenance issues; suspicious activity to various teams - Physically count occupied and un-occupied parking spaces - Communicate parking policy to patrons - Provides the highest level of guest service - Train new team members (Traffic & Booth Attendants only) - Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property and promotions - Provides guests with directions and information about Greektown District - May operate, and move guest vehicles if necessary - Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property - Other duties as assignedBRING US YOUR BEST.
