Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. - Responsible for directing the overall operations and staff of the casino Sportsbar.
- Develops, implements, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
- Ensures that scheduling is done in an effective and efficient manner, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives, and achieving guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and adhering to budgets and ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives.
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs.
- Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.
- Ties operational challenges to strategic direction and the ability to be effective in a large organization with dual property responsibility.
- Assists in directing Food & Beverage leadership staff and providing instruction to achieve maximized efficiency and profitability in the department.
- Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to Executive Management/GM.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four year college or university or equivalent; or four to eight years of Food and Beverage leadership experience; or combined education and experience.
- Minimum of four years of previous F&B experience at manager level or higher required.
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and be knowledgeable in all Food & Beverage software systems.
- Able to think strategically and operationally about factors such as: pricing, quality, marketing, price/value perceptions, customer satisfaction, and employee training and development as they relate to overall Food & Beverage products.
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
- Knowledge of all phases of Food & Beverage administration, cost control, and familiarity of all food and beverage services is required.
