The housekeeper is responsible for keeping the front and back of house areas clean and safe at all times as defined by HCA’s standards.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean windows, mirrors, and elevators
- Load washing machines and fold towels
- Vacuum carpeted areas and empty ashtrays
- Sweep and mop all hard surface areas
- Remove trash from trash containers
- Dust and polish furniture and equipment
- Clean up spills and/or waste product materials
- Maintain assigned work area clean at all times
- Have knowledge about and properly use all cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Report any repairs needed in work area or company equipment to supervisor
- Perform special projects assigned by supervisor
- Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service
- Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff
- Work within the quality control guidelines established by Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casino Aurora
- Follow all safety rules
