Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for clearing all tables and resetting them for new seating in accordance with venue standards. You will also ensure each table is ready for guests' arrival and perform service duties for servers by picking up orders when ready and delivering them. Additionally, you will monitor tables to assess guests' needs and anticipate and respond to requests when meal completion is reached, keeping the table clear to provide a clean and neat eating area.
