WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Ensure all guest related questions, problems, and requests for service are promptly handled and rectified in a professional, timely manner and in accordance to departmental standards.
- Handle the payment of all manual, hand-paid slot machine jackpots.
- Answer questions related to slot machines as well as general property information.
- Promote features of the Casino Player's Card and assist in slot promotions, as required.
- Sign up guests into the Casino Player's Card.
- Investigate and resolve issues relating to bill validators and slot gaming vouchers, including troubleshooting of basic bill validator and ticket printer problems.
- Exchange large bills (currency) for smaller at the request of guests.
- Assist with additional technical and service issues, as required.
- Performs routine preventative maintenance on slot machines and related equipment as deemed necessary.

- Must be 18 Years of Age
- High School Diploma/GED; 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in casino or hospitality industry preferred.
