- Responsible for following and adhering to all recipes and SOP’s.
- Ensure all assignments are completed each shift.
- Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity.
- Will work special events, as needed.
- Other duties, as needed.

- Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactory.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time.
- Experience of one year or more of cooking in a professional setting is preferred.
- Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
- Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.
- Must be able to use a knife safely.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
- Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
