WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines.
- Promotes events and programs.
- Provides personalized service and uses guest name.
- Resolves service problems according to guidelines.
- Providing fast (20 minute or less round time), friendly, professional beverage service to guests; carries full trays on every round.
- Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe, communicates with beverage servers, and presents drinks to guests or servers as required.
- Taking drink orders, communicating with bartender, assisting in the preparation of drinks and presenting drinks to guests.
- Providing service of complimentary beverages including soda, coffee and water.
- Handling money according to procedure.
- Operating a cash register/POS System, ringing proper amount into the register and giving the guest the correct change; accounting for all cash and charge sales according to established procedures; maintaining integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
- Maintains a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.
- Knowing and promoting current events and programs and can give guests directions to all area.

- Know or is able to learn tray service, cocktail ingredients Possess and demonstrate a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and have the ability to follow instruction and direction.
- Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
- Providing fast, friendly, professional service to racino guests, beverage servers and bartenders.
- Resolve customer service issues as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining company policy.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Other duties, as needed.
