We're looking for a Career Services Manager to join our corporate team!
WHAT WE DO
At Hollywood Institute of Beauty Careers, we train our students to become licensed professionals in Beauty, Health, & Wellness.
The Career Services Manager will assist with training and monitoring of the Career Services staff to ensure the success of our students and graduates as measured by the primary student outcomes - the licensing and placement of graduates.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Update and maintain reports to effectively measure the success rates of the Careers Services Advisors.
- Assist with training of new Career Services Coordinators.
- Review proper documentation of student files to maintain compliance with State, Federal and Accreditation regulations.
- Perform periodic audits of the Careers Services Advisors to be sure the licensure and placement rates are accurate.
- Resolve student issues concerning placement and externship.
- Oversee the timely collection and reporting of student and alumni employment outcomes and ensure that accurate data are submitted as required by state, accrediting, and federal agencies.
- Complete other assigned duties, as needed.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and customer service oriented.
- Can function in a variety of situations and under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
