Our Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is looking for an experienced full-time Shift Supervisor who will put in their full effort to:
- Coordinate Shift Opening and Closing.
- Interact with guests and staff in a pleasant and engaging way.
- Provide ongoing coaching and assistance to Cashiers on their shift.
- Schedule staff breaks and walk-throughs.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of systems in the box office.
- Act as Manager on Duty when Operations Manager is not present.
- Complete incident reports.
- Handle end of shift paperwork.
- Make ticket recommendations and conduct sales based on guest needs.
- Accurately collect payments and process transactions.
- Encourage guests to take home photos & souvenirs from the Gift Shop.
- Lend a hand where needed.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:
Must present valid COVID-19 vaccination card on or before first day of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail cashier experience
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated commitment to great guest service
- Proven motivational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus
